🐌 Why is my order taking so long to ship?

We totally get it, you’re excited for your pet’s treats!

Here’s why it might take a little longer:

All Owa Owa treats are made fresh, in small batches — not mass-produced.

We don’t make a bunch and let them sit. We craft each batch by hand, using real ingredients, once orders start coming in.

Let’s say you ordered Pup Noodles and Meatzapawn:

We might have the Pup Noodles ready, but the Meatzapawn needs 2–3 days to make fresh. Instead of sending them separately, we ship everything together once it’s all done. That’s how we make sure your treats arrive fresh and full of flavor.

That’s why we ask for 1–3 weeks to ship, depending on what you ordered and how many treats we need to make. We promise — we’re working hard in the kitchen, and it’s worth the wait. ❤️

❓ Can I buy Owa Owa treats in person?

Yes! You can find us at local pop-ups and in a few small, independently owned pet shops. But please note: these stores only carry a limited selection of our treats.For the full Owa Owa lineup (and our freshest drops), ordering online is your best bet.

❓ What is the shelf life of your treats?

Because we use real, limited ingredients and no preservatives, each treat has its own shelf life based on how it’s made.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Air-dried treats (like Pup Noodles, gold fishies, Fluffin Hot Cheewtos, chewrros, puerqitos, Conchitas, jerky):
    Best within 3–4 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
  • Chews (like chicken feet or beef trachea):
    Naturally shelf-stable for up to 6 months.
  • Soft treats (like Meatzapawn):
    Best within 2–3 months. We recommend refrigerating after opening for max freshness.

👉 Always check the “best by” date on the label.

For longest shelf life, store in a sealed container away from heat or humidity.

We use real, human-grade ingredients you can recognize, like: chicken breast, turkey, beef, pork, lamb, and anti-inflammatory herbs. No fillers. No junk. Just the good stuff.
