Shipping and Return Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your package has been shipped by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Our responsibility ends once the package is dispatched, unless you receive a faulty product. We advise inspecting your package within 48 hours of delivery to ensure you have received all items as ordered and to identify any defective products.
What if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a defective product (excluding any damage to the package), please take a photo or video of the defect and contact us via email at info@owaowaco.com or on Instagram @owaowaco within 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to provide all the necessary information and visuals of the product defect in your email. If you don't hear back from us within 4-5 business days, feel free to send us a direct message on Instagram(will answer quicker).
What if I’m missing an item from my order?
If an item is missing from your order. If your delivery is incomplete, please inform us within 48 hours. Take a photo of all the items you received, including the packaging, and reach out via email(info@owaowaco.com) or Instagram direct message(@owaowaco). Remember to include your name and order number. Rest assured, we will address and resolve these matters swiftly.
What if i never received my package?
If you have not received your package, here's what you can do:
Initiate a "Missing Mail Search Request" through USPS by visiting www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
If you suspect theft:
Inform the USPS Postal Inspectors about the suspected theft by calling 877-876-2455 or visiting www.uspis.gov
File a police report with your local authorities to report the theft. Once a package is marked as "Delivered," OWA OWA considers the order fulfilled and is not obligated to compensate for lost or stolen packages. However, we empathize with your situation and can offer a refund or replacement once you submit a copy of the theft report to the USPS Postal Inspectors or your local police theft report via email (info@owaowaco.com) or Instagram DM (@owaowaco).
